Meet Sue Harris, Founder
Sue Harris has over 22 years of event management and catering experience throughout Australia.
Her career started in hotel conferencing and events before she decided to start her own business. At the age of 26 Sue bought Loaves and Fishes, a catering company in Queensland. Over the next 6 successful years she established Loaves and Fishes as one of the most popular catering companies in Queensland. During this period Sue and her team received numerous awards including the National Catering Award for Excellence in 2001.
Sue then moved to Hayman Island to take on the role of Executive Events Manager for 2 years in which she personally handled high profile events for international groups, corporates and celebrities.
Concetti Consultancy was established in Queensland in 2006. Sue was involved in the build, organisation, design and set up of various cafés and restaurants.
After moving to Perth in 2009 she further established Concetti Consultancy by providing boutique event management for a number of clients including consultancy work for Crown Perth, Harvey Beef, Black Swan Theatre Company, Elle Boutique, Adelaide Oval, WAAPA and Wesfarmers.
Sue brings a wealth of experience and knowledge and understands what is important to ensure the success of any event. Concetti will personally customize, host and create your perfect function from fine dining, weddings, birthdays and corporate events.
